Welcome to the continuum, the only Red Dwarf site with a webmaster who doesn't insert the word "smeg" every other smegging word! The smegging site is undergoing continuous smegging alterations and I smegging hope to get some smegging media here, such as video clips, audio smegging clips and so smegging forth. So if you know where I might get some of those smegging things, let me smegging know. Enjoy the smegging site! Smeg on, Smeggers!

Ben PaddonI'm a total and utter Gimp
22nd October 2001
Alright, alright. So I haven't updated recently. I apologise for this, but I've been ill. As a result Chatpter Three of Stasus has been put on hold and will probably make it out before the end of the week - that being the 27th. I then hope to resume regular updating.

Don't be too shocked to hear that v3 is on the way, and will probably make it's debute around January 2002. It's an all-new layout and it's very, very Red. I'm also looking for more staff including researchers, writers (for Bios, Episode Guides and so forth) and Donut Boys anyone else interested in lending a hand. Drop me a line at b_paddon@yahoo.com and I'll send you back a reprly. Which is nice.

Work on v3 has finally begun and if you want a sneaky-peaky take a look at this.

Oh, and Red Dwarf is officially the 3rd greatest Sci-fi of all time. It was beaten by Dr. Who and Star Trek. Guess which order it went in...

Ben Paddon - Voted Smeg-head of the Year 2001What a novel idea!
6th September 2001
Chapter Two of Stasus has been uploaded, which just goes to show you how exciting things et around here. Plus some additions (and changes) to the Movie Stuff section which are worth a read if you haven't checked out the Red Dwarf homepage yet.

Ben Paddon - Voted Smeg-head of the Year 2001Stasus Leak
28th September 2001
Oops, I couldn't update "yesterday" because I forgot to bring in the disk! D'oh! Oh, well. On top of that I've been writing a Red Dwarf story which will be released in chapters. Chapter One is ready and online as we speak!

Every time I've gone to type up Kryten's Corner for the mag stuff I've been interupted. Last Tuesday it was the America incident (my condolences to anyone affetced by the events by the way) and yesterday it was because I was attacked by two small Aaron Carter look-a-likes (oh, you think I'm joking...). Now I've goner and lost the smegging think! Don't panic. I will email the company behind Focus magazine (if they're stilla round , which I reckon they are) for a back-catalogue or an archive of all their Kryten's Corner articles.

Anyay must dash - Chapter Two of Stasus won't write itself, y'know!

PS - Apologies for not getting around to writing this update's character bio, or for finding pictures!! I need Ace Rimmer and Queeg still so any help would be great.

Ben Paddon - Voted Smeg-head of the Year 2001Where is everyone?!
12th September 2001
Ok, I didn't expect flocks of people in my chatroom but when i go in there I would like to see one, maybe two, would you believe three people in there. It would be nice.

Good news - I'm getting a new PC soon, and as a result I can make updates more frequently (maybe even twice during the day!) and do more research. So fingers crossed...

Would anyone with a Red Dwarf, sci-fi or comedy website please put this little button on their site () and in return I will link to you. If you have a button I will be more than happy to include it in the links section! Ta very much!

We've gone up a version (again), this time to Version 2.2. From this update onward the updates will have rounded titles and also some of the titles on the other pages have been rounded off, including the About Us section and the Links section. You may be surprised to know that work on the Version 3 layout has already begun, and it's currently in the Design Stage. I know what sort of thing I want. I hope to have the layout completed and the site "refurbished" by the end of March-April 2001 next year.

I have emailed the people producing the Trading Cards and I hope to recieve a reply soon with hopefully some sample images...? And send me some Fan-stuff! Stories, drawings, poems, anything.

Anyway, I'll be adding pictures to Ace Rimmer, Talkie Toaster and Queeg's profiles tomorrow so the "No Pic Available" won't be there. Sorry for the lack of picture but like I said, it's tough running a website!

Ben Paddon - Voted Smeg-head of the Year 2001D'oh!
10th September 2001
Apologies for the lack of updating, but I've been unable to get online. However now I'm back at school I intend to make an update every lunchtime - that is when I'm not playing Monopoly online! :-)

Well, it took me about an hour to update on Thursday mainly due to the fact that I had to add the Chat Room, repair the Guestbook, tinker with some minor HTML coding and then...uhm...yes, the site is now officially up!

As you can see shortly after my last update I added an Amazon.co.uk links jobby. This is so you lot can get instant access to the best Red Dwarf merchendise around at the best prices! I'll add another link which links directly to the Red Dwarf Search Results page soon after this update.

Corrected a mistake on the Episode Guide concerning two Series 7 episodes and added a link to Robert Llewellyn's homepage. Oh, and there's 2 new sections - Magazine Stuff and Did you Know... so check 'em out!

Altered the links page - added a couple of links and took away one, because I felt like it. Besides the webmaster of that site was starting to get on my nerves.

One more thing - I am considering adding the Red Dwarf theme to this (the index page) of the site, in MIDi form of course. If you think it's a good idea drop me a line or drop a note on the guestbook. If you want to hear the tune I might be putting online, click here. People using sythesizer soundcards as oppsoed to MIDI may not hear it properly, though.

Change of plans - I'll try and add a character whenever I update but it isn't gaurunteed. Kapeesh?

Ben Paddon - Voted Smeg-Head of the Year 2001I'm back! And I'm bad!
23rd August 2001
And so it begins - v2.0 of the Continuum is taken out of Status an allowed back in the real world again. I've spent a lot of time digging up info on the movie, the possibility of the nith season and some other nifty stuff. But seeing as I've only started updating again recently it's gonna take a while for things to get back into full motion so to speak. But one thing I intend to do is to make at least one update weekly and I intend to add one extra character to the Character Bios page a week. The main characters are already there though so it's minor characters like the Talkie Toaster, Ace Rimmer and so forth.

One thing I did find out - Red Dwarf Trading Cards are currently in the Design stage and you can bet your ass I'm gonna collect those suckas!
